Wordbud 提供個人閱讀、認字、默書、私人教材儲存及學習記錄同步工具。註冊須完成帳戶驗證及使用有效邀請碼。請保護登入資料，勿冒用他人身分或分享帳戶。未成年用戶應由家長或監護人協助閱讀本條款、私隱政策及處理註冊；學校使用者亦須遵守適用的學校規則。
現時 App 免費下載，未開放付款，沒有自動收費或續訂。一般邀請碼自產生起 7 日有效，每碼只可啟用一個帳戶；一般會員一共可產生 5 個邀請碼，已過期的碼仍計入限額。指定管理員可產生不限數量邀請碼。成功使用邀請碼啟用會員資格後，可享 6 個月 Pro，最多儲存 100 篇教材。免費方案最多儲存 2 篇；指定管理員方案最多 1,000 篇。實際方案及到期日見「我的帳戶」。
Pro 到期不會自動扣費或刪除現有文章；超出免費限額時，須先刪除文章至限額以下，才可新增。仍可修改或刪除現有文章。未來如推出付費方案，會先清楚提供價格及條件，並取得你的購買同意。
第三方篇章、註釋、譯文、插圖、錄音及版面設計的權利，屬各自權利人。列出來源、作者或下載連結，只是說明出處，並非授予使用、改編、再分發或商業利用權。Wordbud 的免費或 Pro 資格亦不包含第三方教材授權。
網站的教育局目錄只列篇名、學習階段及官方連結；教育局 PDF 由官方網站開啟，不代為下載、抽取或提供 PDF 副本。公開 iOS 版暫不提供教育局目錄入口，只提供 Wordbud 原創教材及用戶的私人上傳。請閱讀教育局重要告示及各篇材料的特定條款。教育局對政府版權材料的個人／非商業內部下載許可附有條件，包括同時下載版權公告；該許可不自動涵蓋第三方材料。
古典原文可能已屬公有領域，但現代註釋、翻譯、編輯及排版仍可能另受保護。HKDSE 分類不表示每篇均屬考試指定篇章。其他學制及來源同樣須按個別授權處理。合法使用可能基於權利人授權、公有領域或適用的法定例外；「教育用途」並非無條件豁免。本條款不限制法律本來容許的使用。
請只上載你創作、有適當授權，或法律允許你以本服務方式處理的材料。不得用本服務繞過付費牆或存取限制，或未經許可大量複製、分發他人作品。你保留對自己內容原有的權利；僅在你有權授予的範圍內，允許我們為向你提供 OCR、儲存、同步、朗讀及練習服務，作必要的處理和複製。此權限不准許我們出售你的教材或用於廣告、公開教材庫或通用 AI 模型訓練。私人上載不會因使用本服務而自動變成公眾教材。
OCR、讀音、斷詞、四字詞候選、標點及文字比對可能出錯，特別是古文、多音字和人名。四字詞候選不一定是成語，請按上下文核對。系統建議不能代替老師判斷，評分不屬正式考試成績。
我們會以合理謹慎提供服務，但不能保證外部連結、辨識結果或網絡服務一直可用。我們可為修復故障、保障帳戶、處理濫用或權利問題而作合理限制；在可行情況下說明原因。你可在設定刪除帳戶或停止使用。任何責任限制均受適用法律約束，本條款不排除因疏忽造成死亡或人身傷害、欺詐，或其他依法不得排除的責任，也不剝奪強制性消費者權利。
如條款有重大變更，我們會更新版本日期並透過服務提供通知；法律要求時會再次徵求同意。這些網站及服務條款不取代適用於 iOS App 的 Apple 標準最終用戶許可協議。

Terms of Use

Free online access is not a licence to copy, adapt or redistribute material. Upload only material you may lawfully use. Our EDB catalogue links to official sources. Wordbud is independent of, and not endorsed or licensed by, the Education Bureau.
1. Service and accounts
Wordbud provides personal reading, vocabulary, dictation, private material storage and learning-record synchronisation. Registration requires account verification and a valid invitation. Protect your credentials; do not impersonate others or share accounts. Minors should have a parent or guardian help them review these terms and the privacy policy and handle registration. School users must also follow applicable school rules.
2. Free access and Pro
The app is currently free to download. Payments are not enabled and there is no automatic charge or renewal. Ordinary invitation codes expire 7 days after generation and each activates one account. Ordinary members may generate 5 codes in total, including expired codes; designated administrators have unlimited invitations. Successful invitation activation provides 6 months of Pro and storage for up to 100 materials. Free accounts may store 2; designated administrator accounts may store 1,000. Your account displays your actual plan and expiry.
Pro expiry does not automatically charge you or delete existing articles. If above the free limit, delete materials below that limit before adding a new one; existing articles can still be edited or deleted. Future paid plans will disclose prices and conditions and require purchase consent.
3. Sources and copyright
Rights in third-party texts, notes, translations, illustrations, recordings and layouts belong to their respective owners. Attribution or a download link does not grant reproduction, adaptation, redistribution or commercial-use rights. Free or Pro membership does not license third-party materials.
The website’s EDB catalogue lists titles, learning stages and official links. PDFs open at the official source; we do not download, extract or serve EDB PDFs on your behalf. The public iOS release omits the EDB catalogue entry and offers Wordbud originals and users’ private uploads. Read the EDB notice and any material-specific conditions. EDB’s permission for personal or non-commercial internal downloads of government copyright material includes conditions, such as downloading its copyright notice, and does not automatically cover third-party material.
Classical texts may be in the public domain while modern notes, translations, editorial contributions and typesetting remain protected. The HKDSE category does not mean every item is a prescribed examination text. Each source and school system requires its own rights assessment. Lawful use may rely on permission, public-domain status or a statutory exception; education is not a blanket exemption. These terms do not restrict uses already permitted by law.
4. Your uploads
Upload only material you created, are appropriately licensed to use, or may lawfully process through this service. Do not bypass paywalls or access restrictions or reproduce or distribute others’ works in bulk without permission. You retain your existing rights. Only to the extent you can lawfully grant them, you permit processing and copies necessary to provide OCR, storage, sync, reading and practice to you. This does not permit selling your materials or using them for advertising, a public library or general-purpose AI training. Private uploads do not automatically become public resources.
See our privacy policy for deletion, photo processing and backups. Avoid unnecessary personal information and keep copies of important content.
5. Automated learning tools
OCR, pronunciation, tokenisation, four-character phrase suggestions, punctuation and text comparisons can be incorrect, particularly for classical Chinese, names and words with multiple pronunciations. Four-character suggestions are not necessarily idioms. Check context. Suggestions do not replace teachers’ judgment and scores are not official exam results.
6. Rights reports
Report suspected infringement to support@dayella.co with the work’s name, Wordbud page or article identifier, evidence of rights or authority, explanation and contact details. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data. We review notices and may suspend links, restrict or remove relevant content; where appropriate we notify affected users and allow further information. This process does not replace statutory rights or legal proceedings.
7. Limitations, changes and ending use
We use reasonable care, but cannot guarantee external links, recognition accuracy or continuous network availability. Reasonable restrictions may address faults, account security, abuse or rights issues, with explanations where practicable. You may delete your account in Settings or stop using the service. Any limits on liability are subject to law: nothing excludes negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud, other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.
For material changes we will update the date and provide notice through the service, seeking consent again where legally required. These service terms do not replace Apple’s applicable standard end-user licence agreement for the iOS app.
8. Law and contact
Hong Kong law governs these terms, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts, without affecting mandatory rights applicable where you live. Traditional Chinese prevails in a discrepancy unless law requires otherwise. Contact Dayella Limited: support@dayella.co; +852 3957 7068.
