Wordbud 2.0 不設 Wordbud 帳戶或邀請碼登入。暱稱、地區、學制、年級、教材、辨識文字、原始文件、筆跡、練習及提醒保存在裝置上，不會同步到 Dayella 的伺服器。相片文字辨識使用 Apple Vision；朗讀使用裝置上的 Apple 語音。可用裝置上的選用 AI 分析亦在裝置處理。我們不把教材用作訓練生成式 AI，沒有加入廣告追蹤或第三方分析 SDK。
Wordbud 2.0 has no Wordbud account or invitation sign-in. Nicknames, region, school system, grade, materials, recognised text, source files, handwriting, practice records and reminders are stored locally and are not synced to Dayella servers. OCR uses Apple Vision and speech uses Apple device voices. Optional AI analysis, where available, also runs on device. We do not use your materials to train generative AI or include advertising tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.
只有你選擇匯入公開網址時，App 才會向該內容供應商下載資料；供應商會收到一般網絡請求資料（例如 IP 地址）。請勿在網址加入密碼或敏感資料。開啟外部支援及私隱網頁亦會接觸相關網站。
When you import a public URL, the app requests content from that provider, which receives ordinary network request information such as your IP address. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in URLs. Opening external support or privacy pages also contacts those websites.
V2 備份可由你匯出至「檔案」或你選擇的儲存服務。如你有相應方案並啟用個人 iCloud 備份，備份儲存在你自己的 Apple iCloud 空間，由 Apple 服務條款管理，Dayella 不會接收備份。Apple 系統備份也可能包含本機 App 資料。Apple 處理 App Store 下載及可用的購買／訂閱交易；App 只在裝置上使用已驗證的交易權益，不會取得你的付款卡資料。本次公開版暫未開放購買訂閱。
You can export a V2 backup to Files or a storage service of your choice. If eligible and enabled, personal iCloud backups are stored in your Apple iCloud space under Apple's service terms, not sent to Dayella. Apple device backups may also include local app data. Apple handles App Store downloads and available purchases/subscriptions; the app uses verified entitlements locally and does not receive payment card details. Subscription purchasing is not open in this public release.
你可在教材內編輯及刪除內容，或在「家長設定」刪除本機學習者及其紀錄。已匯出的備份、相簿原圖、iCloud 或其他裝置副本需另外管理。通知在取得你的許可後，按你設定的時間由裝置安排。刪除 App 不會取消 Apple 訂閱，也不會自動刪除已匯出的檔案或 V1 線上帳戶。
You can edit or delete materials, or delete a learner and their local records in Parent settings. Exported backups, original photo-library images, iCloud copies and copies on other devices require separate management. Reminders are scheduled locally at the times you choose after permission. Deleting the app does not cancel Apple subscriptions or automatically delete exported files or a V1 online account.
V2 與 V1 資料分開：2.0 不會自動遷移 V1 帳戶資料，也不支援直接還原 V1 備份。更新前請先另行保存所需的 V1 資料。以下段落只說明 V1 及網頁版的帳戶服務。
Separate V2 storage: 2.0 does not automatically migrate V1 account data or directly restore V1 backups. Save any V1 data you need before upgrading. The following sections describe the V1 and web account services only.

我們處理哪些資料
Wordbud 儲存你的登入電郵、帳戶識別、顯示名稱、介面語言、地區、學制、年級及提醒日期。你儲存的教材文字、標題、作者、語言、生字、默書計劃及練習記錄會同步到我們的伺服器。建立邀請碼時不收集收件電郵；使用後會記錄啟用帳戶的電郵、邀請碼雜湊、使用狀態及發出者。
We process your account email and identifier, display name, language, region, school system, grade and reminder preferences. Saved article text and metadata, vocabulary, study plans and practice history sync to our servers. Invitation codes do not require a recipient email when created. After redemption, records include the activated account email, a code hash, redemption status and issuer.
相片與裝置處理
原生 iPhone App 使用 Apple Vision 在裝置上辨識相片，原始相片不會上傳到我們的伺服器。儲存後的辨識文字會同步。你相簿中的原圖由你管理。
網頁版會將相片經伺服器轉交私人 Mac 服務作 OCR，正常以記憶體處理，不存入教材資料庫；服務運行時，遺留暫存相片會在 5 分鐘內清理。若服務中斷，啟動時會再清理。
The native iPhone app performs OCR on your device with Apple Vision. Original photos are not uploaded by the native app; saved recognised text is synced. Photos in your own library remain under your control. Web OCR temporarily processes images through our server and private Mac worker. Images are not stored in the article database; legacy temporary image files are cleaned within five minutes while the worker is running, and again on startup.
使用目的及服務供應商
資料用於登入、邀請驗證、同步教材、安排練習、顯示進度及個人化內容。服務在新加坡的 Linode VM 運行，自架 Supabase 處理帳戶及資料庫；MXroute 寄送登入電郵，Cloudflare 提供 DNS 及真人驗證，Tailscale 連接私人處理服務。選用第三方登入時，相關 Apple／Google 登入服務會處理登入資料。Apple 登入的撤銷憑證會加密儲存，以便刪除帳戶時撤銷授權。資料可能在你的所在地以外處理。
We use data to authenticate you, validate invitations, sync materials, organise practice, show progress and personalise learning. Our Singapore Linode server runs self-hosted Supabase. MXroute delivers sign-in emails, Cloudflare provides DNS and bot verification, and Tailscale connects private processing services. Apple or Google handles authentication when you choose its sign-in service. Apple refresh credentials are encrypted at rest to revoke authorization when you delete your account. Processing may occur outside your country.
我們沒有在 App 加入廣告追蹤，亦不使用教材訓練生成式 AI。安全及伺服器記錄可能包含 IP、時間及請求路徑。We do not include advertising tracking or use your materials to train generative AI. Security and server logs may contain IP addresses, timestamps and request paths.
刪除及查詢
你可在「設定 → 我上傳的文章」編輯及刪除教材。刪除教材會移除相關生字及計劃，過往練習記錄仍保留。你亦可在「設定 → 我的帳戶 → 刪除帳戶」刪除線上帳戶、教材、個人資料及練習記錄；系統可能要求重新登入以確認身份。其他裝置的離線副本及手機相簿需由你清除。
You can edit or remove articles in Settings → My uploaded articles. Removing an article also removes its saved words and linked plans, while past results remain. Settings → My account → Delete account removes your live account, profile, materials and practice history; recent sign-in may be required. Clear offline copies on other devices and your photo library yourself.
每日資料庫備份通常滾動保留約 7–8 日。受限制的手動遷移／復原備份可能保留較長時間，不會因刪除線上帳戶而即時清除。如需查詢、查閱、更正、匯出或進一步刪除資料，請聯絡下方電郵。
Daily database backups normally rotate after approximately 7–8 days. Restricted manual migration or recovery backups may remain longer and are not immediately erased with a live account. Contact us for access, correction, export, deletion or retention questions.
學生及家長
請勿上載不必要的個人或敏感資料。學生可請家長、監護人或學校協助處理帳戶及資料查詢。Please avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information in uploads. Students may ask a parent, guardian or school to help with account and privacy questions.
